Production, Shipping & Custom Orders

How long will it take to get my order?

All website purchasess are made to order, and require a 14 working day production lead time. You will be notified when your order is ready, and will be shipped to your listed address or eligible for collection for Johannesburg based clients.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to your door nationwide in South Africa through our secure courier partner. For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Can I create a custom piece?

We can absolutely create your dream item! Our team of designers will work with you through sketches and CAD drawings before going into production. Custom orders take up to 21 working days and are quoted for upfront before work commences. Contact Us for more information on custom creations. Please note there is a R500 non-refundable design fee on all custom orders.

What is your return process?

We offer a 14 day return policy. Once we have received the item, we follow an inspection process to ensure the item is unworn and returned in its original condition. We will contact you regarding the outcome. For repairs, please contact us.
